As a Board Chair, I’ve come to appreciate that a good Company Secretary adds massively to the effectiveness of a Board. When taking the role as Chair of the SCS JV Board, we had some issues around CoSec support in the early days, but Indigo’s appointment 15 months ago has had a hugely significant impact, in fact, I think it has been a critical factor in the JVB being such a world class Board.
