Phil Higgins, FCG, who joined Indigo in 2025, is a company secretary with over 25 years’ experience in FTSE 100, FTSE 250, small cap and Big Four professional services firms in a variety of sectors. Most recently he was Company Secretary at Palace Capital plc, a main market listed real estate investment trust. Amongst other matters, Phil is experienced in plc governance, including boards and committees, transactions, compliance with regulatory and company law requirements, group subsidiary management, share plan design and implementation and broader group governance issues.
