Governance Director
Trina Hill, FCG, joined Indigo in 2025 and is a company secretary with around 30 years’ experience. Following a 10 year corporate career in FTSE100/250 and small cap listed companies across the retail, property and financial services sectors, Trina moved into professional practice in 2006. She has extensive board and committees support, corporate transactions and group restructuring experience across a wide range of clients.
Since 2009 Trina has also been involved in professional educational activities, including as a past CGIUKI Chief Examiner for Corporate Governance, and a university and college lecturer in company secretarial practice, company law and corporate governance module of CGIUKI and Master’s Degree courses. She continues to work in this educational field on a consultancy basis.
