Sara has over 25 years’ experience as a Governance Professional, predominantly in the financial services sector. She has held the position of Company Secretary for listed and open-ended investment vehicles, insurance companies and pension trustees.
Sara is a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute and joined Indigo in 2026 to assist with the continued delivery of exceptional service to Indigo’s expanding and diverse group of clients.
