Senior Governance Manager
Sophie joined Indigo in 2026 and is a Chartered Governance Professional with over 18 years’ experience in financial services and listed companies, with the last nine years being in company secretarial practice.
Prior to joining the firm, Sophie held governance and company secretarial roles both in-house and in professional services, where she supported complex governance activities including AGMs, annual reporting, shareholder governance, board and committee support and regulatory compliance. She is recognised for her strong technical knowledge, attention to detail and ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. Sophie is an Associate of the Chartered Governance Institute and is passionate about delivering high-quality governance support and helping organisations to operate effectively.
